I had a recent repair. When it wasn’t fixed the next day, because the parts were waiting to be delivered. Miguel made a special trip taking me and my fience to work. Probably drove 60 miles for me round trip. They are awesome people, out of all the mechanics (and I’m 46) I’ve been to by far this is a friendly, quality business and they value thier customers enough to make sure I got to work ok. I wouldn’t go to any other place!

Had a great experience here. Isaiah was wonderful. He was up front and straightforward about costs, what work needed to be done, and the condition of my car. I got a great quote from him for new brakes, springs/shocks, stabilizer links, and a tire pressure sensor. He explained a lot to me about my car and the repairs, was friendly, and got the work done fast in 2 days. The price ended up being less than half of what I was quoted at Mr. Tire.

I brought my car in for servicing to I & A for a check engine light and a gas gauge that was not functioning, after taking it to another mechanic that kept my car way longer than i was orginally told AND did not fix either problem! The owner, Isaiah Thomas and staff were extremely pleasant and professional and returned my car time in a timely fashion which was only delayed because of issues they had to correct from the other mechanic. I highly recommend this shop!

I went into I & A Automotive yesterday because my car started shaking on the freeway. I told the mechanic what I was experiencing...he told me he would inspect my car to see what was going on and to make sure nothing is loose. After I waited a short period of time, the mechanic returned and told me I had too much frozen snow in my tires and it was throwing the balance off. After he removed the snow he sent the other mechanic to test drive it on the freeway to see if my car was still shaking. When the mechanic came back, he told me everything was good! I truly appreciate the experience and the honesty!!! I WILL BE BACK 👍👍

Oh my goodness the best place I've been to. I got a 6inch lift on my Chevy suburban. It looks and ride perfect. Customer service was ridiculously great!!! The owner was great!! He cares about the customer. Check them out you will not regret it!!

The shop staff was professional and timely. They were courteous and explained to me what needed to be done and why and how it would keep my vehicle running in good condition. They even spoke to me about my vehicle so that I could understand what was happening and were very patient with my questions-not all past mechanics have treated me in such a kind manner. The estimate was accurate and I even got a better deal on a better set of tires for the same price, way to go above and beyond for your customers. Will definitely be returning when needed for maintenance. No pressure to have it done or get extra work done and was even offered a way to finance if needed. Thanks fellas. Went back again... another repeat performance of great customer service and even freindlier atmosphere. Will definitely be making sure to check with these guys before I get any other work done.

My husband and I (Aaron and Denise T) have been loyal customers for almost a year. My husband found them in our area just driving by and decided to give them a try. I later took my car too. Isaiah AND his staff are beyond courteous as well as patient. Finding trustworthy and experienced mechanics can not only be time-consuming but frustrating. More importantly though, they are professionals and the ultimate example of what you expect for the type of service AND the money you need to pay to keep your car(s) at peak performance!

The owner Isiah is very friendly & helpful. I came into the shop to setup an appointment and ask about the financing program. I didn't think they will look at my car the same day and had the repairs fixed the next day. They also gave me a loaner car. Very pleased with the service and work done on my vehicle. Took my truck in for new tires and the staff found a lot of other problems I wasn't aware of. I got approved for their finance program and they got right to work on my vehicle, they offered me their complimentary pick up/ drop off service they dropped me off at home and I was able to go home and relax while my car was being serviced and they came and picked me back up when my truck was ready. The have a great friendly staff and I highly recommend them

I &A automotive went above and beyond to help me, and I'd recommend them to anyone. My car was stolen and vandalized by the mechanic I had entrusted it to, and when I got it back I thought I'd have to take the loss. I have many vehicles and I drive quite a bit for a living. Without a way to get around, I am out a lot of money. With I&A automotive, they have done SO much for my needs. Not only did they fix my car and schedule according to parts availability (rather than keeping my car for 3 days unnecessarily while a part is en route) but when they DID have to keep my car for more than 24 hours, they provided me with a loaner vehicle. NO CHARGE! That is unheard of. Sure dealers who have an entire showroom of cars to loan out may do this but not all of them do it for free. Also they charge at least DOUBLE any of the invoices I've gotten from I&A. I shopped this place and I cannot find a better value anywhere. They are also in a great location only 10 minutes from my home and only 15 from my work! I send all of my friends and family here. The owner is a mechanic and does work himself. They take pride in what they do and I've been around this business as a customer since about 1980 and I've never seen a shop like this one willing to go the full distance for the client. A+ Highly recommend.

This is a great auto repair shop! They have diagnostic equipment usually found only at dealer repair facilities. They repair emission control systems, among other things. My "check engine" code was diagnosed and repaired quickly. "Loaner car" was a great bonus. Thanks for keeping my car running and our air clean!
